I am Maryland family law attorney Josephine Lynch. Before I became a lawyer, I received a degree in social work from the State University of New York at Albany. Litigation, Negotiation, and Mediation

For the benefit of my clients and their children, I work hard to help them reach an amicable agreement on the issues surrounding the dissolution of their marriages. This helps keep costs down and allows my clients to maintain control over the most important decisions of their lives.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, however, I am aggressive in the courtroom advocating for my clients' interests and rights to equitable property division and access to their children.
